24 Slot Herb Bag

Is there anyone on our server that can make Talili a Satchel of Cenarius i.e. 24 Slot Herb Bag, please? Her current bags don't seem up to the job of collecting all the new species of vegetation in the Outlands. I imagine that not many people have the receipe so wouldn't be surprised if noone can help.

I have some of the ingredients (Black Lotus - plus some spare for your trouble - and the Ironweb Spider Silk) and will get in place the others if I know someone is able to sew them together:

6x Bolt of Runecloth
2x Mooncloth
1x Black Lotus
4x Ironweb Spider Silk
