i'll play nearly everything on pc rather than console, given the choice...
for a game like xcom, if its done properly then it'll be much nicer on PC.

plus if its on Steam, people may take advantage of that modding platform thats really popular for TF2. Firaxis made it easy to mod Civ, so don't see why they wouldn't allow this for x-com. Think I'll have to pre-order this badboy

Rumour mill says they're announcing a demo tonight that will be available tomorrow.

Though personally I think I'd rather wait til the game's released.

Yep I'm waiting, pre-ordered on steam, although i'm a tad sad because it doesn't line up properly with all the other X-COM titles I have on there

having played through this a couple of times i can tell you its a major tease.

i love the way it slips to cut scenes at times in the mission. Not sure if this will be just for the demo/opening missions or specific story missions or all missions but its very slick even on my old rig
