Used to download them from here mate, now I've moved on to making them myself. The one's from the website are all sorted with instructions ready to build.
They're not too difficult to make yourself, more time consuming than anything else.
WoW model viewer can be used to save the 3D model and textures and running them through Google Sketchup and/or 3D Milkshape applies the texture to the model.
Pepakura unfolds the model for you into the pattern ready to print. Time consuming bit is that you need to check it to make sure nothing overlaps otherwise it won't print properly.
