Anyone with a g15 keyboard shed any light on this?

my key board works fine outside of diablo 3
whenever im inside the game client from the log in screen it disables my @ key and opens a screenshot utility and thats it.
i rang the helpdesk 3 times gave up twice after being on hold forever and the time i got through they sent me a link to update my keyboard drivers then told me to buy a new keyboard as it couldnt possible be the game causing these problemns even though it works fine outside it

anyone know what might be going on here?

I have a G15. works fine here no problems at all BUT I havent got any of the G15 apps running on the PC - just use it as a native keyboard in Win7

I have a G15 with the app installed but havent tried using the @ key within game. I shall check tonight

dont know that problem mate, only issues i have are with the volume control, from game to game it's different sometimes i have used the volume to control ingame, other times i have to physically turn it down via the speaker, very odd and no idea why it does that :/

G15's are a law unto themselves though, been using them for years and they all act differently!

Didn't have any issues in the beta with my G15, plus you can turn off various apps from the control screen for the G15.

My backlight on the keys is on it's way out as it flickers quite badly now and I have to try and guess which key is where sometimes!

bought the new keyboard �50 for a cyborg
tried to install it nothing doing there wouldnt even pick it up when i connected it
uninstalled runes of magic
diablo 3 now working
not sure for how long tho as the guy said they would refund my fee this morning
