Interesting, now that idea I can get behind, much better than paying for a game and still having adverts and micro-payments

just me, or could that article so easily have just read:

Team Fortress 2 has done really well, so we've decided to copy the graphical (and gameplay) style from it, stick the BF name on it, and try to make money from advertising.

you only missed the part about micro-transactions but that sums it up pretty well, although I don't think TF2 would run on the lower spec machines EA seem to be aiming for to get a larger market, could be wrong though
