Camera/Wi-Fi question

Got the Missus a new camera, and it has Wi-fi. We have a superhub (Virgin) and it has several laptops, my pc, phones, tablet etc connected to it but it isnt networked at all. ( I have not run the network wizard, set up a workgroup, set up file sharing etc). If I link her camera to the router is there any way she could send her pictures via Wi-Fi to her laptop? I think that to do that I would have to network everything but I am not sure and the manual for the camera (Panasonic Lumix TZ 40) reads like the Tibetan Book of the Dead in ancient Tibetaneese.

So whats the score plzthx?

If my brief look at the operating manual was correct, gottaa seems to have hit the nail on the head.

The wifi button is used to connect to another wifi connection.

This is either a pc/laptop, tablet/phone or printer directly OR to a wifi hub where a pc/laptop or Phone/tablet are already connected to that...in your case the shub.

It is the software you install from the cd on the device, pc etc etc that then talks to the camera and pulls the images off it.
