cheap headsets?

I am buying 2 sets of xbox headsets as part of the the boys christmas and wondered if anyone has tried these?

Good, bad? GXP7113 headset

Trying to keep costs below �50 for both.

If its for the new call of duty my friend has said they have really lowered the footsteps in game compared to the other games. he's got a pair of 120 quid ones and can't tell the difference.

If not no I haven't tried them :) I have a pair of 50 quid ones and they seem fine. :)

Might take a gamble then, as I just want the kids to have some reasonable headsets, as the official xbox rigs break so easily.

Aye, My brother has one of those and it's very comfy! Unlike my crappy Advent ones, which are ok for about 30 mins, then it causes my ears to ache :\

We use the Fatal!ty ones at work. They are pretty nice to use, sound quality isn't awesome but they aren't rubbish either.

Not sure about xbox, they work on my ps3 ok, they just have regular mini headphone jacks for both headphone and microphone.
