Could I suggest that we split us into 3 teams , Squad A B and C

My squads would be.
Grav
Medi
Kami
Fan

Killer
Moss
Deejay
Emmon

Merly
Arti
GBH
Kegs

Each team takes one of the ladder teams we have and plays with the same people all the time. Thus enabling team tactics and an understanding of who will be where when to evolve. This will also let us only have 1 match a week instead of the 2 or 3 we have at the moment.

I think Ive been honest in my choice of abilitiy and time playing over all/per week in the choice of the teams.
I also think the teams reflect the play styles and ASS/DEF stuff aswell. If we can get this sorted we can also then have practice nights between the 3 ClanUK Teams on the maps we need to do for matches.

Its not a bad idea trouble is some of the maps have different weapons and some maps are better if only 3 of 4 attack defend,its known i like the 203 and RPG but only realy on defence im not that good with em on attack prefer the scope and ghaypod.Even on pipeline having 4 players who like to attack is fine if the other team is defending,but if they keep on spawn rushing best to have 1 guarding vents etc.Think the main thing in the teams is to have people who like using certain weapons and are prepared to do the role that suits that weapon,like arctic for instance everyone on attack would prefer a SF gun to that gay Ak thingy but i see it as the people who get the SF should be those that use nades well.Only 1 shot on there rocket laucher before they can trow it away and get nades out

Think its fine to say some people prefer attack to defence just that in certain maps with certain weapons,its some times better to have a attacker on defence and vice versa


Btw had a look at the defence on Arctic and think i know where people will have to be,just it looks a whole lot more defendable with 5 instead of 4 but ill show you tonight after match or tommorow

Go along with most of that mate, only thing Im on about really is the matches .
To stop everybody having to turn up for 3 matches a week wouldnt be a bad idea to split the teams into 3 seperate squads. Then if squad A has a match on map X squad B or C plays them a couple of nights on a TWL 4x4 server. Thus both teams getting practice on ASS and DEF.
As for certain weapons on certain maps, we have to be honest and say what we are good at. I for one dont mind the **** gun on SF Czar for instance.

Just heading home for the summer Medi, I would have been home about 2 weeks ago only I've stayed on in England so I can go to the Paintball. Unfortunatly due to the how would u say remote loaction of my house at home BT have been unable to supply us with Broadband and I don't think i'll activate my net phoneline for the sake of 3 months (not that it would cut it for FPS games).

I've been quite busy getting things sorted for moving so ain't been in many games at all lately. How ever when I'm back at Uni in late september I will have a connection that I have seen download things at 160kbps + so i'm looking forward to abusing that if it is still functioning to that degree.

i got an improvement on the idea, but might take some effort to keep it going...

why not on a weekly basis just have a league of all the players, and just sort out positions each week for each player, so if somebody can be very active in a particular week, he/she should have the position to play the clan game at the end of it, since we tend to have clan games every week... could just run a weekly vote or something on who should be in the clan match or something? i dunno, since i own you all on pipeline *grin*
