Did anybody transfer his DC Universe Online Account from Sony to ProSiebenSat1?

I just decided to go back and play a little DC Universe Online and the system told me that my account had been transferred from Sony to ProSiebenSat1 and that I needed to set up an account there. Unfortunately, I cannot, as it seems that my account name is too long. It just won't let me type in the whole account name. Has anybody had that same problem?

Nevermind, I eventually found the solution on the english language message board. Seems the transfer option has been down for a good long while, so even if I solve the login issue, I won't be able to transfer the chars.
