Well after this article dropped, in which a Turbine bod stated that they would be recalling their worldwide licenses the DDO Europe forum has gone to Doomcon 1.

We have an ongoing contract with Turbine for DDO and LOTRO which we fully expect to be honoured. We anticipate operating DDO and LOTRO in Europe for quite some time to come.
"Expect to be honoured" and "quite some time" .............. I see them getting a pay-off for loss of business when Turbine takes the US to f2p and the more people who leave now means less lost income.
