They're in Everfrost. They're one of the fisrt mobs you come across when you zone in.

Cos I got auto access when I hit tradeskill lvl 42 I went to have a peek - bloody scary as a lvl 28 n00b in there!

Especially as from the bell you HAVE to swim to get anywhere
