Oh just had a look at your site for the first time in ages matey.
Your rules could have been written for us , I hope you dont mind me posting them here.
Anyone with questions regarding How we admin our server?

1. Excessive Language and/or Harassment of other players: 1st Offense results in a warning and possible kick from the server. Returning and repeating the offense may warrant a ban. using any form of intolerable word usage to incite or harass other players, or more direct harassment by repeatedly singling out players and verbally attacking them is grounds for removal.
2. Racism/Sexism: Use of terms slandering a group of people based on race, sexual preference, creed, or other association is not permitted on our servers. Such language being observed by the admin can result in immediate removal with or without warning. Derogatory remarks are generally treated with more severity than sexist ones, but users are expected to comply with the ROE stipulation not to excessively abuse or harass fellow players on a server.
3. ANY Profanity or Vulgarity, Racism or Sexism in a user name will be grounds for termination of the account. Mild violations will be notified via the email the account is registered under to change their name. If not changed within an appropriate timespan, the player will be banned. Names blatantly racist or sexist will be banned without warning.
4. Cheating: cheaters are removed immediately and without warning. This pertains to all cheating, from abuse of bugs and glitches in the game up to the use of miscellaneous "hacks" or other 3rd party software that enables the abuse of the physics or gameplay involved. These advantages destroy the concepts of teamwork and the community and as such are not tolerated in any official servers. The essence of a game is based upon players agreeing to a set of rules; by seeing through walls or allowing a program to aim for you, you are no longer playing by these rules and therefore no longer need to be playing in our server period.
5. Spammers/flooders: Users deliberately filling the chat with excessive lines of text interrupt the flow of the game, as well as disrupting communication lines and providing a hinderance to their team or both teams. First offenders (that are not flooding the chat with racial slurs, links to cheat sites, or other such violations) are kicked. Repeating it upon return warrants a ban.
6. TeamKillers: TeamKilling is the deliberate crippling of your own team by shooting your own teammates. This effectively hampers your team not only by injurying or killing the victim, but also removing another player, the person who caused the injury. This puts a 10v10 match suddenly at 8v10 or worse, and is unfair to both teams. The majority of malicious TKers will kill a teammate which causes them to be auto-kicked, only to return and do it again and again. Such infringements will routinely result in a ban.
7. Cheating and racism are the two "capital offenses" in the ROE, and violators are dealt with swiftly for the health of the community as a whole. Racially charged ephitets and cheating are both critically destructive to the gaming environment and as such, violators will be removed and prohibited from reentry to the fullest extent of our ability.
8.Teamspeak is the number 1 chat program used by most every clan in aao. Improper usage of teamspeak is telling your team where the enemy is after they kill you. Or using teamspeak to ghost other players by having one of your members play on the enemy side and report locations to thier clan. This will not be tolerated period. This will constitute an immediate ban of your entire clan from the server for up to 3 days.
If your caught again the ban will be permanant. You can use teamspeak while you are alive.
These rules may be subject to enhancement or changes
If you come on the server and insult one of our members I will remove you from the server immediately without warning.
These rules dont just apply to our visitors they apply to [IA] members as well.
Bottom line we reserve the right to remove you from our server for any reason in wich we believe you interfere with the playing enjoyment of our guests and regular visitors. WITHOUT WARNING !!!!!
If you find yourself with a normal ban then you are not banned permanantly when we restart the server your ban is lifted. The only reason to do this is to basically punish certain players for the day.The server is restarted daily.
If you have a Punkbuster guid ban you will never be allowed back to our server.
We dont ban players because they have skills so stop spamming our forums with nonsence about you owning in our server and getting banned for it. We are so tired of hearing stupid complaints like that.
And stop spamming our server about ( oh our server we dont do that we warn people or we do this ..blah blah blah ) This is our server not yours , dont forget that.
Our server is very popular and we work hard to keep it that way.
If you have a complaint post a small message asking an admin to contact you regarding the incident and leave your e-mail address. Spamming on our forum will not resolve your problem.

woah - nice server - pings of like... 40. wow.
OK our server is a 12 man Official leased from www.Goamericasarmy.com just log into your server there and do a support ticket named EU servers, in the message tell them you wish to relocate the server to Europe and it will be done. it does not cost anyextra and it gives the Euro Guys a much better ping
