My reaper miniatures one arrived this weekend, excellent value for some excellent models.

I'm on this one as well, I can't believe how fast it going, 780k and the first day isn't even half over. $100 for something like 125 models so far is a good deal, though having to cover shipping is going to sting a little but i still think it's worth it.

shipping wasnt too bad for the first one - though there was 25 customs charges....

i want to say $25, but honestly i'm not sure. i'll try and remember to look through my old emails about it this evening.
edit: just found it now. yeah, $25 shipping last time.
But I think it might be more this time.... Have just pledged $100 for now, will sort details later...

did you go for a massive lot or just the basic vampire? Trying to gauge what it will be this time :)

That was for vampire + a few... I can post some pictures tonight if you want :p but it was a flat $25 for international shipping last time, regardless of how many extras.

i suspect they wont do that this time. I reckon they will work out cost based on actual weight and package size ... bummer.. those big models are gonna make it expensive.

The Picobrew is interesting. Most of the Craft brewers I know think of it a bit like a bread machine - it makes stuff thats edible but nowhere near as good as real craft bread. They love the process of making decent all grain craft beer (which you can get a really good "boil in a bag" set up for about 100 quid.) and look on this as a bit of a gadget. Consensus seems to be that it will make beer on a par with the pish you can buy off the supermarket shelves ala John Smiths and Carlsberg etc. Most of the all-grain beer I have tasted has taken a day to make and 3 months to ferment/condition, usualy in batches of 30 to 100 litrs and has been truly glorious, as good as, if not better, than any real ale on sale at the best pubs. I cant see many homebrewers wanting to do it this way, so who its aimed at I am not sure. (I have been homebrewing and winemaking for nigh on 33 years on and off)

10ltr stovetop brewery for 99 quid

That looks pretty cool Cull, I fancy making some beer, not sure I have the time for it though :)

I have a brewing kit, but not used in a couple of years as I can't be arsed to sterilise all the bottles!

I brew mine in a cupboard that is between floors for water, so it can be a real pain.

Saying that I do have a stout kit I wanted to try out....

So im starting to question this one. I really am not sure if i want to splash $250 on it or wether to pull out.

Im tempted on this weekends $300 Mars attacks though - gets you the game plus $325 in extra's and free delivery to the UK... seems like it might be a better option
