It's some relation to Everquest Next but I've not worked that out yet, heh.

Looks like you can claim footprints for buildings like UO somehow -

Think it's currently beta. I dunno how Landmark is connected to EQ Next or if it helps to be in Landmark before.

It's a minecraft type thingie that you can use to build stuff that may or may not be used in EQ Next. In theory, you can build stuff in Landmark, put it into EQN and people can buy it with RL money, granting you an income. In short, you become a designer for EQN with a very low wage. ;-)

I *think* also you need to be a paid beta tester to get a stone to place a new building. Beta pesants can only add to buildings or something.....

Well, now that EQN has expired, I guess Pantheon is the next best bet for an upcoming MMO I might be interested in.

arse. ended up playing this -

free to play. sort of. flagged pvp, anywhere. 2 free toons. korean mmo, translated somewhat haphazardly. kinda fun. very pretty. has all the standard mmo shizzles - crafting with a twist, grinding for upgrade tokens, lack of gold until late on, dungeons etc. really good cross-server dungeon tool - no waiting to run that instance, find me 5 other losers right now! hardly any upgrade grind. no really! the grind is for weapon upgrades. blade masters/dancers, kung-fu masters, force masters (fire/ice caster), summoner (pet class), destroyers (giant axe tank types). oh and outfits, it's all about the dress up. names with spaces in them! clans (guilds) with crafting.

i like it.
