Hope you lot are all having fun. Got Phantasy Star arriving tomorrow, any of you tempted to have a go at it ? If its not up to much I'll prolly give FF another shot in the near future.

The reason I stoped playing was certainly nothing to do with the gameplay or the folks we play with; its amongst my top three all time games and the guild folk are amongst the nicest folk I've ever gamed with.

Usual story - hard to find groups, especially day time and once you hit lvl 40 plus. As a new or returning player these days the economy is ridiculously broken on a number of the servers including ours, due to hackers.

I miss it when I dont play, but tend to forget the 5 plus hours a day sat LFG and the AH prices doubling every month :(

A LOT has changed on our server since you left prices have fell to what is really very reasonable prices. Though the price of all items has fallen id say its a lot easier now to get a lot of the "better" equipment in the game.

If you are intrested in rejoining my samurai which is going to be my next job to 75 is lvl 48 or there abouts and Fey Sorran Moorey have a few characters withing the level 45-50 range and im trying to sort out a semi static atm and with the new expansion once you get 55+ exp is stupidly easy and cheap when we have the Astral thingy :D

Yeah XPing in the new areas gives a small XP bonus and mobs repop fast as hell. :D There's still some overcrowding at camps during NA/JP primetimes but EU eveningtime is usually great XP time provided you can get a decent party and not some nabs.
And what Ritter said about prices, the server finally seems saturated with the good stuff so lot of prices have dropped and items previously considered rare or expensive are now moderately priced. :)

Thanks for the update folks. reinstalled and reactivated; thankfully my chars hadnt been deleted. Just off out to try get the last expansion. Think my WHM and BRD are both in your SAM lvl range Ritt, so see you soon.

The market currently on many items is very saturated, there are so many gilsellers competing against each other (some of the ones in Sky are now practically giving items away for free because they can't get rid of them yet at the same time they farm there 24/7 to meet their rice bowl quota) and so many high level crafters even though the actual number of players has slightly decreased (not enough to be noticealbe but it has) over the past year. Only things that are still "expensive" are rare NM drops and such but even an ultra-rare item like Kraken Club reportedly was for sale for 70 million the other day and gilsellers are selling Kirin's Osodes for 10mill. These are items that a year ago would had been considered "priceless". It's finally reached a point that pretty much everyone has enough of everything (bar again very few rare NM drops or crafts but no player *really* needs them anyway and just those wanting to stroke their e-peens are buying them). :)

Normal item prices are back to the level they were when we first started playing, Scorpion harnesses down to about 1-2mill, stack of XP food about 10k etc.

And, as BRD... your gonna get on average 500,000 invites per minute in the new areas m8. (I am not exaggerating!)

Flight man glad to see your back im only playing during the week now so havent been on to see your back.

But yeah my Samurai's lvl 48 now so if you want to exp would be awesome mate =) I play mostly during the day now and some nights so best thing to do is drop me a message if you know when youll be on and we can sort out some exp.
