Most folks know me in game as CatT, or as the owner of CatTs Cradle in Umbra high street, a few blocks up towards town from your guild shop.
Due to time constraints, huge number of current accounts, new games (WAR....) I have had to cut down a huge lot of my UO 'Empire'
I have a list of items that any vendor , or Mall owner may consider as a great investment, however, I do need $ by Paypal only Im afraid.
But, cos of this, my list is VERY very cheap, and a great deal of ingame profit, or collection is available.
Ciar advised to post here (I am a CUK Ally), so, here goes, also feel free to check out any of the vendors in the CatTs Cradle Mall, I will happily bulk sell any vendors inventory.
Im also open to offers for the whole Shop. Which is, as you know, HUGE, has a great customer base, and is well looked after. Personally I have 25 of the vendors, and again, would happily consider a complete buy out for a few $.

I have put the low sell estimate price, and the min resell average price just as a guidance, but as you would be taking the lot off me im obviously happy for a lot lower than the lowest retail price. Ill send the list then what I would like in cash ($) and Im very sure youll find it perfect

Comes to 180m Lowest buy price and lowest resell is 280, so already a huge 100m profit there,
If you only want the top 1/2 thats 150 resell 220, Id be happy with the equivalent of 135m,
Or
If you can take the whole package (180m minimum bargain sell price) Id happily take 150m,I appreciate you taking them and obviously would like to see you double your money on them, which I think at 150 you can easily sell the lot @280
These prices are estimates obviously, but from a 2 year mall holder and basically a huge shopper every day for the past 2 years I do know where prices stand.
The LOWEST you could buy these items individually is 280m gold. Thus buying them for the equiv of 150m is almost certain to mean a huge 85-100% profit.
So, using Markee Dragon as a guide line for Gold conversion,

So, 150m = $227.50
BUT, heres my BIG sell point, Ill happily take $125.00 for the WHOLE LOT,
