Dear Sirs

On the 12th Sept 2012 my client was playing "Cage Bash" using his new NATAL control system. In a particularly gruesome fight he was in Gripper Mc Culloch's "Bear Hug" and tried to head butt his way out. Please find enclosed video footage of the incident which ended with my client placing his head through his 92" display.

As there are no warning on either the game or with the hardware about the dangers of head-butting the display we believe Microsoft are responsible for what could have been a fatal accident.

LOL, this type of thing might even persuade me to get a game console. I saw this a few weeks ago and looks interesting.

Will wait and see how its recieved.

The problem with that trailer is its a "vision" video.

The actual reality may well fall a long way short of what can actually be acheived. Lets face it, MS don't exactly have a good track record on delivering on their "visions".

yeah all that crap from the first vid was just a over hyped tech demo. From listening to alot of gaming podcasts its just a crap wii, but you need more room to play it in. Microsoft are at least trying to get some hardcore games made on it now though so maybe there is still some hope. Talking about crap motion controlled stuff has anyone tried PS3 move yet?

I honestly don't see the point of motion stuff, its a bit of fun at a party. But the last thing i want to do when i come home from a tiring day at work, is spend the next 3 hours of my life jumping/running/doing stupid motions infront of my tv, regardless of whether its good or not :D

No i'm not a massive chubber either :p

I got one free from work, sprog really likes Kinectimals. Haven't given the other games a bash yet, I think the dance one is supposed to be pretty decent.
