No server appearing

There seems to be an oddity with the server not showing up on the login screen at the moment. According to the forums the below should help (no idea why!)

Now I admit i haven't tested this extensively, but if you do not see the server when you login, try the following:

1. Switch to windowed mode
2. Quit the game
3. Open up a browser window (in my case Firefox, in case that makes a difference)
4. Run Vanguard
5. During the loading splash screen, switch to the browser window, and don't touch anything until the game has fully loaded and shows the server select screen. Vanguard should popup in the foreground when it's loading.

dont panic happened to me afew times tonight, aparently came in after the last patch

Although laugh of the night was me creating a character, then loging in only to find it was constantly running, tried all the short cuts, restarted my machine.....

Only to find one of the kids must have hit my joystick into the forward position,and that effected the game

If you have a look in sony/vanguard/bin (I think) there's the VGclient.ini file. Just set JoyStick=True to JoyStick=False.

It's also a good idea to split the chat windows out and filter them a bit, otherwise you end up missing loads of tells *cough* Medi *cough*
