Its ok Cuth we're not about to throw rocks at you for breaking up the game, poor Cull had to shoot off suddenly too.
Was quite intense for me, am so used to wandering about and methodically killing everything and picking anything at all that might be worth money (ok I draw the line at bolts/arrows and leather armour) instead of running about trying to catch Pif, getting caught in mobs and having to fight my way clear

What are the rules for collection and distributing loot?

Pick up anything worth having/selling and dump it in town (if you don't want it yourself) as you noticed we sell-up and distribute the loot whenever its getting cluttered or bits might start to get pockled by the locals
If we are doing large party games there shouldn't be any worries on getting decent loot

Oh and dinny worry about the army of darkness, I stopped chasing skellies after a bit but get a decent golly soon!
