pvp guild night tonight?

I probably won't be about until 8PM tonight unless I am lucky.
PvP chars only please. Guess I'll be playing monk as no-one else can yet.
I'll see if I can russle up some skill suggestions, which should be buyable up to Lions Arch.
Looks like we still have no TeamSpeak, so this will be even more difficult

Sorry guys, I'm won't be on tonight. Got a footie match - Saints v Palace at home. We're season ticket holders, so I should go and give Rupert "asset stripper" Lowe some grief.
Also, a bit of advance notice of a holiday. Yay! I'm off to the Caribbean for a two week cruise from the 3rd of Feb. I'll have to see if I can use the ship's cyber cafe to keep up to date with me guildies. Catch up with you on Monday if not before, and have a good night tonight!

There is an outside chance I can make it by 7PM but it depends on what time the other half gets home.
Could you please be reading my recommendations and making PvP characters at 7PM for 7:30-8PM.
If you choose a template, you can get an elite skill. You can swap skills when you get to the arenas.
You may even have to win 5 consecutive in Random Arenas to be able to get to Team Arenas!!!! Not an issue for me, but I've read about it.
So please use the time wisely.

Well we eventually got on a bit of a winning streak against the Zaischen Elite (NPC PvPers).
I do have a bee in my bonnet about RES SIGNETS admittedly.
But the NPCs use them immediately and so do all the teams you will find in the arenas.
Notice how the invited Warrior made it for us. Offensive capability pwns defence every time. Who needs a long drawn out loss? Dieing/losing is no big deal. You get to the next victory that much quicker
Just wait until we play some real teams!
I would advise that you individually spending some time in the Random Arenas just to get an idea of the pace (fast!). You will always die eventually. There is no ueber build. And even if there were, you wouldn't find it in Random Arenas.
I have died HUNDREDS of times in the arenas. Only way to learn
Oh and BTW GREAT NEWS - TEAMSPEAK IS BACK. (We REALLY do need TS for this.) I need to create new accounts for those who want to use it.

At one point today I had 7 hexes/conditions on me in RA.
Even *I* can't cope with that!!!
(Well I'm not a great monk tbh, although I do get props from time to time.
No way am I going to beat my 18 consecutive wins record (Ra/Me) with this build, but it is fun/a rush, and may be good in a balanced team.)
