[RA] Turn 21 - the north door....

The group moves towards the northern door [Located in the west wall]. The door seems locked and refuses to move on a quick tug.

The lgiht from your glowstick and lanterns caresses another door at the end of a north running corridor some 20 ft further into the corridor.

[OOC if that doesnt make sense here we go --- There are 2 doors in the west wall of the corridor. It then narrows a little and runs both north and south. From the area around the top western door you can see another door in the northern wall of the corridor]

*ian walks up to the door and places his hands on it to test how study the Northern door feels*

 

[Zed]

As Ian moves to the northern door he notices several things that seems odd.


1. Thre is a key in the lock

2. Deep scratch marks and bloody marks are across the door itself.

3. A hand axe sits buried almost to its haft about mid way up the door. most of the scratches lie around the axe

 

[Emmon]

*Examines claw marks to try determine the creatures species... will tell the others what conclusions he makes*

 

[Zed]

They are not from any animal. As olomair examines them he sees they are obviosuly from the axe currently embedded in the doorway

Fael continues to study the area for tracks while Huth snuffles around in his backpack

Caryllan thinks to himself silently 'how odd, axe marks as if someone was trying to get through the door...but there is a key in the door, and with so many marks and the depth of them, whatever was trying to get through must have been strong'. 'We should be wary comrades' Caryllan says whilst looking at the door, I have a feeling there is something bad on the other side. Caryllan takes a few brave steps towards the key and reaches out his hand
