The most efficient way to get your learning skills sorted is to follow the following pattern (robbed from the forums):

Spending a week or so training up your learning skills when you are comfortably completing level one missions gives you immense payoffs in terms of saving you training time. The best order to do them in is as follows:

Instant Recall 1
Analytical Mind 1
Learning 1
Instant Recall 2
Analytical Mind 2
Learning 2
Instant Recall 3
Analytical Mind 3
Learning 3
Instant Recall 4
Analytical Mind 4
Learning 4

One they are sorted, the skills bellow are pretty much essential support skills that everyone should have some of. Skills marked by a # can be ignored if you are going to armour tank, and skills marked $ are ignorable if you are a shield tanker.

the low level skill boosk are about pretty much everywhere in empire space. the furthest i've had to go is about 3 jumps ino 0.7 space. nothign serious.

Im training up my learning skills and not playing so much atm. cuz if i did id be swaping skill training all the time lol.

Doing advanced learning as soon as you allow yourself is best. I'd advise before 1.5 M SP or when you are comfortable with lvl 3 missions.

Incase you have missed it.

Market > Browse > Skills > Pick a skill tree

Also, change the range filter at the top to region and also untick 'only show avaliable'. Will let you see items that aren't for sale. Good for when your learning about all the differenet modules there are.
