In case anybody that left EQ2 for WoW cares to try out the changes in EQ2 again, this offer should still be open, AFAIK:

You get a 7 day free "trial" if you were playing EQ2 but left. The 7 days are supposed to start ticking the minute you log in, so if you are interested, feel free to try it out again.

Note:

My chars are currently Level 47 and 36, so if you fall into that level range I should be available for some groupage...

Fileplanet always have EQ2 for download and free 7 day trial for newcomers as well.
Not sure if thats just a bit of the game tho, they call it Island Trial or something like that.
