Something different?

Okay I was watching something last night as I couldn't sleep, God help me it was Natalie Cassidys Real Britain.

From it though I found an interesting section about a young family group from Kentish Town who play 40/50s influenced music called Kitty, Daisy and Lewis (16, 21,19 yrs old I think).

Now my metal-god image is shot to feck recently what with playing Duffy whilst working on DnD stuff but what the heck another nail in the coffin for good luck eh ;)

I may well be ordering the album from Play later.

They will be on Jools Holland sooner or later - they are right up his street. They are not bad at all, very authentic sounding.

Hmm well looking at wiki it would appear they've toured with him amongst others

"They have supported artists such as Jools Holland, Mika, Billy Bragg, Mark Ronson and Razorlight at London's Earls Court Arena. They will be touring with Coldplay around America in July and August 2009."

I do like how the lad has bought a load of old 40s-60s recording equipment and started knocking out 78s in their front parlour :)
