Is anyone playing this? I'm currently playing this with my sons and am loving it. For those that don't know it's like a 2d minecraft, but with more stuff and mobs to kill.

its definatly working, its just your EMP field is making it mess up. I can only assume that you naturally generate an EMP from the amount of computer related issues you have

I'm back playing with some other friends at the mo. just killed the wall of flesh so bad stuff is happening atm. Just trying to build a lot of defenses atm before the goodness/darkness (whatever it's called) comes too close and spawns nasties.

Been looking forward to starbound now for some time, it's coming on at least.

Not really, still playing minecraft a lot, trying to figure out AE (applied energistics) at the moment. Am playing on a friends Terraria world a couple of nights a week.

Just bought Terraria on steam last night, (was a bit pissed) but not really sure how it is different compared to minecraft apart from the 2d bit.

I take it, it is the usual build, explore and mine. I read a bit on the wiki for beginners, so know I can attract merchants etc.

I built a house for me and one for the guide so far. Not mined yet though, so must try that.

Must have a proper go on it tonight while I am sober

It is a 2d minecraft really, but with epic boss fights.

Minecraft does have user made addons though that really make it better and sadly Terraria doesn't have that, maybe in the new version they'll have more community stuff, who knows.

1st job is to get a wooden sword. the standard one sucks and is more of a spear. swinging round in a circle is easier to hit stuff with.

still waiting for starbound lol. I wish they had added alot more to terraria, pretty much completed it about 3 times now, gets a bit boring

As I found the minecraft multiplayer was fun
