Im sorry that my instructions where not the best ! :boohoo: I put it down to it being late and i was tired ! That or the fact i just have a Sh*t Memory !!
The second aprt of the first bit was the way to do it mez the world eater on the opposite side of the channel drag the other back ! When i see it being done it all comes back to me :p

The 2 roomsafter that the tanks need to get the agro then drag back to the circle again while the lever pull pulls away everyone else needs to be in the circle to kill the mobs.
Then after that its on to the everseer which is as it is on the guide !

It will take a few goes but im sure we will crack it just like al te others :D

Hey Kip M8ty so far you've been doing a fantastic job of raid leader, all round know it all and loot whore

Seriously, big thumbs up m8, it's ok reading from a FAQ but until you actually do it you never know what the hell is going to happen, That Balrog fired at me once and I jumped into the water.....then in mid air was like "shit.....kills instantly" ACK!!!!!!

Should be a doddle with the sheer amount of mez we have just to mez pull each in turn, while rangers keep the snotty things from transforming into summoned world eaters.

Wednes should be a clear run through to ~Bally then we can try it alot :D

We go to Rivendell first for this

It basicly makes the Balrog fight trivial. You fight him with 2 dread instead of usual 4 or 5 depending on burning 1k destiny or not.

No...you kill Thrang, port to Riven, turn in chain, get hope buff, port back to Rift, kill Balrog, get another chain, and rinse and repeat the following week.

Edit: make sure you wear overalls and a mesh John Deere baseball cap the next week because you'll be farming then

the way i read it the chain is from the balrog, u get it one week and use it the next week, and as long as you keep killing hte balrog you keep getting the chain to use the next time :)

now what i learned lasat night is i think we on the right track

when we first go in we don't have to worrie about sending anyone right as thoes 2 worldeaters don't spawn till we kill the left ones. as for the left side,
as well as fan going down to pull one worldeater up, i think we need 2 LM down there as well till we get the second worldeater mezed, they seem to have a high resit to mez and 2 LM should make sure it gets mezed untill fan get the first worldeater pulled up,

for the rooms,

assuming the right room is the same layout as the left one with the switch right in front of you it should be easy enought to do. have a LM put down tar before the door opens, get a hunter to shoot the darklings to pull them, the LM mez the 1 worldeater hits the switch and then keeps the worldeater mezed untill the door shuts. he then runs back to the main group were the darklings should be dead by then :)

the left room is harder

will need a tank with aoe taunt
a hunter and a LM
oil just before the door opens, then the tanks runs in first to get the argo
once the tank is in and has argo the hunter does his aoe root at the same time the LM runs in and does the switch
with the switch done he runs out and does his aoe root and the hunter runs back to the main group
the tank and LM wait till the door shuts
reason being that the roots last up to 30 sec, but can break early if one breaks the LM can mez it if 2 or more break the LM can mez one and the tank pulls the other one back to the main group

i think fan might be right in the way to do the left room
1 tank to get argo
1 LM to CC
and a
Bug to pull the lever

also

when we running down to the everseer room, you know were we stop to do hope, can we stand in the upper part of there, were you stand you in LOS of the barg, if you stand in the upper cornor you are not in LOS, not that i think it will amke much differents but better safe than aoe dmg :)

After last night, I think we all learned that the Balrog is a :knob:!

Had a bit of a discussion on GG's and we've decided to give the Rift a rest until BK13. It's only a couple of weeks away and as much as we'd have loved to get him down before the update, it's getting to the point where it's no fun trying.

See you in a few! :)

Well dont know about the fun thing I thought that the cancel her talking by holding down ALT and pressing F4 was very funny  if a little miss timed :(

Just posting to say that I'll be giving Rift runs a miss until after the update. It reminds of when myself Pea and Fan used to try doing the last chapter of Book 8 before they changed it and you could travel directly to the last fight. Like I said on our boards I wouldn't have tried for so long if it wasn't for the good times had with you guys on TS.

Gimme a couple of weeks and hopefully I'll feel refreshed. Give Anax a chance at a roll whilst I'm away. ;)

Bit confused here.

I thought we learned that if we root or impair darklings movement that when it broke they warped. This was the case on some of the earlier fights.

Is it impossible for them to warp through the doors once they are down in the balrog side rooms?

Just a question thats been nagging at me.
