1. Is It the Kingdom reborn thing id need to d/l as it has a 14 day free trial ?

2. What is the monthly payment?

3. If it is the kingdom reborn thing and I want to keep playing after 14 days - can I just continue on that client?

Your opinion is worthless....
KR is the new 3d client and no you don't need to use that one you can go for the original 2d if you visit www.uo.com and look for Mondain's Legacy that is the 14 day trial client which you can use, the KR client is completely free to DL they don't charge for it, you could DL 2d play for 14 days if you wanted to carry on when you start to pay, you could play with the 3d :)

as for how much it is i think it's 10 or so I never bother to check, but if you really are looking for depth to a world with tons to do you still can't beat UO.

I'd only really played Diablo online before trying it a few years back and didnt give it the chance it deserved. Presumably if I was using the 3d I'd still be able to interact with everybody else?

i cant play the kr client its jst to different tho it sometimes does look nice i could prolly play it for pvm but never for pvp its not smooth enough

The 14 day trial seems to be only for KR version and it want CC details.... :(

Might try...might not.

I play with UOKR most of the time, and for me it's as smooth as a baby's butt. But it still have some CTD bugs, which can make it a bit too unreliable when you go into really dangerous territory, or do PvP.

For that reason i also have the 2D client installed, that i'm going to use for guild hunts and such. Problem with the 2D client is that it's max resolution is 1024x768, with a max gaming screen of 800x600, which becomes tiny on my 24' screen. And i cannot play in fullscreen mode since the 2D client does'nt support widescreen, so everything becomes stretched on the width.

But when i am soloing, and minding my own bussiness, i use UOKR about 95% of the time, and love it. It still have that UO feel, though with a small facelift gfx wise. Many complain about the change of controls, but UOKR can easily be changed to legacy control mode by pressing a button in the settings screen.

Hope this helps :)
