Turn 42 - The final door?

The door is sealed closed. Around it traceries of silver and blue glow with a dull light.

Bamoin steps forward and crouches to investigate the door closer again. Pulling out his thieves tools he begins work taking his time. [Take 20 on the door] eventually after what seems like an age you hear a feint click and the lock pops open.

Bamoin gingerly pushes on the door, but nothing happens.

"odd, the lock is open but the door remains sealed"

Is is time to put a ring on yet ? did we open that door in the golem room ?

Any wizzys got a knock knock spell ?

Thak shrugs his shoulders. "What now?" he sighs.

Bamoin ,slowly, carefully examines the edges of the door and the floor, trying to identify which way it opens.........then he kicks it, and jumps back.

Jial stands nearby, not sure what to do. "I guess someone should try the ring..."

Belwar yelps something in the lines of this :"Hmm, if the door is magically sealed I believe it is sealed for a reason. We might be better off thinking twice about opening this door."

But anyways... Belwar casts Detect Magic and tries to discern what magic that is.

As I recall the whole room lit up like a christmas tree when you did detect evil here the last time, hence why I propose I put the ring on as you lot are all no good goodies.

Guess I'll open the door with the ring on if it works....

Imho I think we should get that ring properly identified in the city before anybody puts it on. But sure, if your char wants to wreak complete havoc in the party, go ahead, it'll be fun.
