West Ham going down?

Sheffield Utd don't have the players, the manager or the skill required.

Well I'm sure staying in the Prem would have solved the players bit slightly as they could have bought a better class of player with the added TV revenue etc.

West Ham had a great season last year and instead of coming on this year and working hard, made a dodgy deal with the devil to try and get 2 world class players on the cheap.

Now they were playing like monkeys before that as well as the players thought they were suddenly all elite players who would breeze through the games, but that deal made it worse.

All WH proved was they could have a good season and then had the potential to be in the shit again.

I'll let Wigan off because they had some key players feck off pre-season because they thought they could walk on water and heal the sick all of a sudden. Won't stop me taking the piss of my mate about Wigan being a rugby team though.

Ultimately I really dont see the Prem League losing on this as they have made it quite clear they wanted WH in the Prem.

The same talentless bunch of hoofers who beat Arsenal with 10 men and an outfield player in goal? LOL.

Yes, they beat us and yes, I'd imagine it's quite funny for the neutral, someone who doesn't like Arsenal or someone who's looking for a reaction from an Arsenal fan.

The facts of the aforementioned incident are however that:

1. 10 men are often harder to play against.
2. The outfield player you mention is so good in goal (wasn't it him punching clear yesterday which lead to the penalty?) that they don't have a sub goalie on the bench when he's in the team.
3. Arsenal's performance in that match sucked more balls than a Taiwanese lady-boy.

So I'll be sticking with my opinion that Sheffield Utd are a talentless bunch of hoofers.

Now something that is funny is Micah Richards apparently saying he hopes he can achieve his ambition of playing in the Champions League with Man City.

Not the brightest of lads is he, do you think he'd be able to convince Wenger he's not English to get in at Arsenal?

Man City would have been a team I would have liked to have been relegated.
Sheff Utd and Watford gave their all, but ultimately were found to be short of the mark (and both lost there best goalscorer to injury). Charlton were a mess of boardroom muckup (appointing Les Ried!). However Man City were just plain awful all season - 8 goals scored at home and not one scored this year, a terrible attacking lineup. There best player is a thug and they didn't have any major injuries. Pearce really is a hopeless manager!!

Look at all that sympathy for Warnock:

Similar to all the sympathy I heard on 606 - I'm particularly fond of this:

Good Riddance To The Northerners
I'd like to say that I feel really sorry for t'Blades. But I don't. Why can't they just accept that the reason they are going down is not because of misdemeanors by West Ham's previous management but because they are, in fact, crap.

Bunch of whingeing Northern monkeys. Serves their fans right for eating dog meat pies and mushy peas. And taking their shirts off in the middle of winter. "Fook me i'm'ard". Morons. It's just a shame that those other northern gimps from Wigan and their loud-mouthed, retarded chairman remain in the Premiership.

'Wigan'. Even the word sounds stupid.

The consolation is that Keano's Sunderland and Brummie FC are going to be much better than Wigan next year and so it's only 365 days until Dave Whelan and his sorry-arsed bunch of muppets get punted back to the Fizzy Pop Championship. Where they belong.

I'm not the biggest fan of Charlton or Watford but at least their fans don't talk like they've had a pre-frontal lobotomy.

Yours intolerantly,
Al

It's not all Southerners just the ones from London, I'd bet this 'Al' who Ky is basing his arguement on is from London.

Your opinion is worthless....

Yeah it'd be hard to sound like you had a pre-frontal lobotomy if you talked out of your shitter all the time.

The old brain doesn't get engaged at all :)

LOL. Looks like Kys buddy Al got owned later on ;)

"Just a quick note to that southern shandy drinking fairy, Al from Chelsea:

This season teams from the beautiful north gained an average of 53 points per team, compared to that of 46 for teams from the south.

On 73 occasions a northern team has lifted the Premiership/old Division One. On only 23 times has a southern team achieved this.

FA Cups; North 69 v South 36.

And finally Champions League/European Cup winners; North 7 South 0!!

Looks like all those dog meat pies have been doing some good!!

Just something else to think about you tosser, Huddersfield Town have won the league as many times as Chelsea!"

This'll be the same Arse team who regularly get beaten by Bolton's back to basics footy. Just because they beat The Arse with their back against the wall doesn't prove anything, just about every team in the Prem can point to one result that no one expected, that does not a season or survival make.

TBH most people that I know of at the start of the season wanted Sheff Utd to go down as they all knew what a completely obnoxious whiner Warnock is (I certainly wanted them to go straight back from before the season had even kicked off).

TBH though due to Whelan's whinging I very nearly would have preferred Wigan to go down, the man had been a disgrace in the past few weeks. However Jewell has carried himself so well through all this that actually I was quite pleased that they survived yesterday.

Yeah but Sheff Utd and Watford didn't have a worldclass player handed to them in one of the dodgiest transfer deals in football history as a replacement, kplzthx!

Yeah, he looked really world class before roughly Feb. Oh no he didn't actually, most peeps were saying him and Masch were the reason WH were going down...! How short memories are...!

one of the dodgiest transfer deals in football history
ORLY! Certainly did the 3rd party a lot of good, I mean look at the leverage it got them to succeed in the takover. Oh no, actually they failed miserably in that, so it hardly did them a lot of good did it?!

There is plenty of much more dodgy deals than this in the history of footy!

The teams who went down deserved it over 38 games, how can anyone argue with that. More so Sheff Utd because Warnock is a complete cock.

I thought that a lot of West Ham players deserved a spell in the Championship for their behavour at times but then they would have moved on anyway and it would have been the club that would have suffered. The Premiership should be about the best footy and West Ham certainly offer a lot more than Watford or Sheff Utd.
