What the Hellgate?

Has anyone spotted this or been tempted to have a look at all?

I'm in need of a Warcraft distraction and did quite like Hellgate London for the bit I played so am tempted unless someone already knows that this should be avoided like Geordie Shore.

Is this the same game as before or a whole new client?

My kids still play Hellgate and might like to go online again.

I've no idea mate, if you fancy giving it a whirl I'm up for downloading the client and trying it out - last one was fun except for the chronic lag my old laptop suffered.

Doesn't look like it is up, closed beta testing looks to have just finished, but is the same game, revamped and re-released by the folks that picked up the pieces after Flagship went belly up.

yeah its one of those games thats been around, I'm fairly sure it shut, then didn't shut, and then went offline, but was still charging people for subscription stuff, then gone, and back again.

Its more confusing than trying to keep up with Oasis a few years back lol
