Youtube problem

Anyone else having a bluryness problem with youtube? Since I put the new hard drive and ram in, all youtube videos are blurry/ out of focus looking. I have updated flash. Could it be my nvidea drivers? Went to get the most up to date ones and they installed an "updater" which is called Geforce experience, which has update my drive so that it is GameRedy?

Yeah. Driver is 331.65 - dont even know if that supports my card tbh. Downloaded several films in mkv, mp4 formats in 720 and 1080p versions - usually crystal clear for me, and they are fuzzy too.
