Would anyone be interested (assuming Roch is happy to let me set it up here) taking part in a 3rd edition DnD dungeon crawl using the forums as the posting area?

If enough peeps say aye ill petition Roch to set me up an area here for the game and add me as moderator and run something for you .. looking for max 6 players .. first come first served, regular(ish) posts / updates..

Choice either:

Return to Temple of Elemental Evil or

NecromancerGames Rapan Atthuk or

At a pinch Dragonlance (converted to 3rd)

I want to run through Rappan Athuk before i lob my pnp players through it so ..

All interested please send me a lvl 4 CORE character for DND3rd ed.. Im gonna play strict Core rules using only WoTC supplements - chars can be built with prestige classes in mind which can be from any dragon and the supplements for the Core rules erleased by WoTC ie .. Sword and fist, Tome and blood, Song and silence ...

If anyone who wants to play has trouble sending me a char let me know and ill help you out ..

. . . what classes are people wanting to play?

I'd be up for a Cleric, a Rogue, a Paladin or a Sorcerer depending on whether we need a healer/scout/warrior/mage in the party.

Questions :

Books . . . does this include Forgotten Realms and Magic of Faerun books?

What method do you want for generating attributes? Roll dice and trust us or point buy? If point buy, how many points?

A 4th level character should have a minimum of 5 400 GP wealth in items, shall we equip ourselves with items up to that value?

What campaign world is it . . . useful to know just so we can think out what deities to follow (Greyhawk, your own, Forgotten Realms, whatever!).

Hmmm . . . should I be posting here, or on the RAPPAN ATHUK a 3rd ed DND RPG thread, or both?
