Browser hijacker probs

both pc`s been hijacked now so homepage on one is about blank and the other is some other crap global e access or something.
Dld spyware doctor and installed registered etc it detects 3 things that are bad but only 2 show up on the scan , it deletes them but homepage is still fuxd anyone know any really good spyware removers etc
