Does anyone still play this? I just been playing it as this weekend was a free activation of all old accounts cuz of the Rikti invasion

How you getting on Dart? Is it still very repetative?
I'm almost tempted to fire this up again for the occasional dabble. You can't beat the individuality that any char you create has.

I restarted on victory earlier this week. Its still the same format but with a whole new set of mission generators, new zones, a crafting system etc etc. Im sure ive scratched but a small part of the game.

Im having fun though which is all that matters.

Was running my baby controller (lvl10) through Kings Row to a contact when I spotted 3 massive Clockwork Paladins. I thought I'd take a piccy and as I was lining it up a bloody sprocket spotted me and shot at me. Next second one of the Paladins has lept 40-50ft to where I was on the road and was looming over me.

So I hit the Raptor pack hoping to get away and promptly fall to the floor as I am dropped from flight. Hit a break free and many Respites as quick as I can and then get chased all the way back to Yellow Line by the flying Clockwork.

Not what I wanted really barely 2 minutes after I had levelled and I could accrue debt :D

Having lots of fun at the moment, I even broke my old Broadsword Scrapper out for a dash around Brickstown.

I had a 50 gravity controller I have very fond memories of, remember making the decision to swap fly for SS and the power that makes you almost weightless, for super speed traversal of cities - was faster than flying, but not quite as satisfying ... is there a new lv cap?

Get super speed, make a jet-pack or flying boots and you're all set for a messy accident painting your body onto a wall :)

as it's now F2P, i've fired this up again. You can make your F2P account 'premium' if you ever paid for the game, though only 3 character unlock slots exist, so i'm starting from scratch with a mate on Victory server again..
Brute's are fun :) Glowing PomPom's etc.

ps. N....n.....NECRO Crits forum for 1000 damage !

I believe, unless the f2p model changed Inge massively we should still have a guild base on victory for the hero side of things :)

lol was it you that I played this game with for ages Chick? With the tank that had invicibility before it was capped?

(Def buff for each mob in melee range, no limit on the buff at the time :D)

re-activate - it's free, and we play the same as ever (making fart noises on TS and drinking beer - oh and being terrible - though I've added epic trolling of retards in general chat to my repertoire in the last 6 years.)

Been pottering about and I have completely forgotten how powers etc work. :D

Might retry some toons I still have to see if I can figure it out again and shout for a group sometime.
