This was brought up a couple of times this week
Basicaly when theres no admin on there is no one to monitor the server and all kinds of 's get on .

So I propose this , and I will stress that this must be done with common sense and no vindictiveness, that who ever is on when admin are about to leave , then we give them the power to kick.

To kick someone is easy and 2 simple steps should be followed

1/ type in the console pb_power
2/ when you have the kickee's number type in the console pb_kick x (where x is the 's number)

Only time I tend to kick is when people vote kick after being told not too (Punkbuster kicks idle players after 2 games ,this is a toilet break in my eyes, so no need for players to initiate votes )

or when players are being abusive and general 's

Important thing is not to vote off people who are just good players , always warn people first ......

Although here's a tip : before you warn them , get their pb_power number first , then in the console type " pb_kick " then press enter , this will save the last thing you typed and if they abuse you after warning them , just open the console hit the up arrow key and pop in their number and enter....

EDIT : Admins to give power just do this :

1/ pb_power (get the number of person you want to give power to)
2/ admin pb_sv_power X 100
