expansion question

My old account can't access Malas, and I'm really confused as to what expansion is what, can someone tell me, should i...
a) buy a cheapy samuri upgrade
b) buy a $29.99 mondains legacy code or
c) buy Kingdom reborn?

I always play in 2d mode if thats useful info.

KR is the free 3d one and it's probably mondains or the 9th anniversary hun

You need Age of Shadows to enter Malas, Samurai Empire to enter the Tokuno Islands and Mondain�s Legacy to enter the peerless dungeons. I recommend you get a Mondain�s or 9th anniv. upgrade since they give access to all places, and peerless bosses are very fun to do on guild hunts.
