i thought id update my char bio...as it seems my char hasnt been put up *cough* hehe:

Fael was brought up in a small backwater village as a farmer's son along with his mother and brother. Fael did not allways invision himself becoming a druid and had his hopes set on being a knight who would fight fearlessly against the monstrous hordes, although his father had hoped he would just carry on the line of farmers.

The change in Fael's life came on a mosty uneventful day after having an argument with his brother, Dael. Fael was 15 at the time, he left home for a stroll in the nearby woodland to let off some steam, after half an hour of contemplating and curse throwing, he calmed down enough to notice a small trail of blood on the forest floor. At the end of the trail, Fael found a wounded badger, caught on some sort of a metal device, hooked around one of its back legs. The badger had passed out from the pain and Fael carried it home to his father, his father removed the device and bandaged its leg, three hours later it had awoken but was too weak to move. After a month of caring, the badger, who was now Huth, enjoyed the company of the humans and especially Fael who was nearby most of the day.

Fael often journeyed into the forest to see if any more animals had fallen prey to the strange contraptions, which his father had explained, were traps set by men to catch the animals. Not only did Fael find more trapped animals, he started to find the actual traps and set them off with a stick. Much to the anoiance of the Trappers, who tracked his efforts back to Fael's home. They attacked the cabin with axes and Faels father tried to stop them but was knocked over the head and fell unconcious, Fael, Dael and his mother could do nothing but watch, until help unlooked for arrived. A group of men and women, dressed in green cloaks, came upon the men and drove them back into the forest. They healed Fael's father and became known to the family as druids. They explained their purpose and made Arndon (faels father) swear he would not take from the forest what he could not repay, but before the druids left for their home, they spoke to him. One of the druids examined Huth and remarked at how well treated he had been, and enjoyed the display of tricks that Fael had taught him to do. They then took Fael aside and told him that his efforts against the trappers had not gone unoticed, and that if he should ever wish to continue that line of life, he should walk into the woods at night and become lost.

The druids often wrote signs on the woodland floor so that Fael would find them and be reminded of the choice. At nineteen years of age, Fael bid his mother, father and brother good bye, and set off into the woods with a small pouch of food, and of course, Huth.

and heres my details:

Fael is slightly above average in height and in good health. He has dark blonde, almost brown hair which is relatively short, just covering his ears. He usually wears his most prised possentions, the cloak and boots of elven-kind, gifted to him by the druids of his homeland. Due to him wearing those items, he does not stand out in a crowd, and is really only noticed when looked for. Huth his badger companion is constantly trotting along side or fast alseep in his pack, which ever suits his mood.

didnt realize you had a Druid too, i thought mine would be unique :(... oh well, they're quite different types of druid anyway, so it shouldnt imbalance it. (I actually didnt really want to be a druid, but i wanted to be a werewolf, so i more or less had to be a druid too...) If I could be a mage or something, but still be able to go werewolf, then i'd be happy to do that.... Up to Zed tho.

A mage infected with lycathropy might be a fun character to play, but i really have nothing against you playing as a another druid..

like i say, i dont mind. I'm just wondering what Zed has to say... For now, as far as the story goes, i'm assuming i'm a druid werewolf. If Zed says i can, i'll be a mage werewolf. Actually, i think it sounds fun too :) Thinking up decent stats are hard tho - a mage needs good intel and wisdom, a werewolf good strength and const, they both need good dex due to lack of armour... all round rather difficult!

Dont mean to bring this old thread back up but there are a couple of things i forgot to mention (oops) one: my currently prepared spells:

1st level [5]
Cure Minor Wounds
Detect Magic
Detect Poison
Flare
Read Magic

2nd level [4]
Calm Animals
Detect Snares and Pits
Entangle
Goodberry

3rd level [3]
Delay Poison
Produce Flame
Summon Swarm

(no metamagic feats were used)

and the old character sheet stated that i was 4 ft 11, which is laughably short ..and also a mistake...the updated character file is attached
