I'm sure Sorontar would play as well ;-). If this went ahead : Who fancies DM'ing? When? Where would it be set...

Id rather NOT dm but if push comes to shove I will do. I would set this in Eberron, and have an idea as to what i'd run. but it takes a lot of effort for the DM so commitment would be important. Im certainly not available Tuesday nights (Existing FG game), Wednesday nights (PnP night) but could do any other evening at a push, weekends subject to other activities.

Thursday's are the best night for me - Tuesday is a (physical) D&D game, but depending on time, I can make any other night.

I would volunteer to DM, but, my last attempt didn't go well, so I think it'd be best for me to be a player only :p

Zed knows me too well as I indeed would be available to play.

Currently I couldn't DM an FG game as I couldn't commit the time to making it work as well as I would like. What time I do have for prepping at the moment is for my future DMing in my tabletop group on Fridays.

Although as I intend to use FG at the tabletop for mapping/images it should be ready for FG use shortly after I have finished prepping for tabletop.

We're using FG2 in Zed's game and it is leaps and bounds beyond FG ..... sorry should have made it clear I was talking about version 2 when I linked the website.

I rawks. very very very good :) Works well. From a DM's perspective everything is there for me now that I would need to do :)

And yes FG2. actually FG isnt available anymore :)

Cool. I would be happy to DM but have never used FG so really need a game as a player first.. any night. Thursday would be good.

Okay. So guess ill be DMing again then ;-)

/me sighs.

Right Thursday nights. We can play from approx 8pm to around 11pm. The client will generally go up earlier but i need to put my son to bed.

ill be running the game in Eberron and characters will need to be first level and fit to the world. Books allowed would be core books + eberron books + complete books for the moment.

If your interested post here what you fancy playing. Id look to kick this off probably next week now.

I've only go the edition 3 rules here, presume they'll be ok?

I need to buy the FG client too, do you recomend full client (with dm type making stuff) or just client bits? I could whack out some of those map thingies if you think it would help Zed, just let me know sizes etc.

Anyone need a rogue? Thursday is good for me.

Well I'd obviously be interested bud and Thursday would be fine.

With regards to the character I'll wait to see if other people WANT to play a particular character and then work to the groups needs.

I'll try and flesh out a couple of characters or maybe pick one of the group of PCs that I pre-rolled for my group.

Aciiid: It defaults to 3.5 but 3.0 isn't that far away.

Try www.d20srd.org as a reference point and I think Wizards have a conversion pdf from 3.0 to 3.5 still.

If you never want to DM then basic client but if you have even the slightest inkling of DMing on FG in the future the full client is worth it.

Will check through my books later and figure out what I'll be playing. Not played Eberron as yet, but I have the Campaign Setting and Player's Guide, so should be ok :)

Wouldnt be this week... it would need to be next week at the ealiest. hell itll take me at least that to get things into the client.

Im probably going to run through some / all / most of the mark of heroes stuff which is an old Eberron RPGA campaign. Now defunct.

Hmm Wroat eh, I can see another relation of Korastyn popping up from somewhere if the group fits. Just got to cook up another name beginning with K and I'm sorted :D

WE have 5 pretty much ok'd to play.

No evil alignments otherwise anything else goes...
