never played any of the final fartasy games but i remember the turismo movies and the game is just the same. based on that i'm willing to believe those could be game movies, scripted for spectacular crashes maybe but not necessarily pre-rendered (implication being cheated).

This is supposed to be real ingame play footage from TGS Ignore the advert you see first.

Doesn't look very fun, but that could be due to the player being useless, it also doesn't appear to be matching the graphics of the pre-rendered stuff I'd already seen. As far as the pre-rendered bit, I thought Sony had fessed up they had used lots of pre-rendered bits at E3 ?

Anyway only 2 more months and a day till people will be able to try the Wii and decide for themselves

I will say that the gameplay video does look graphically very impressive, but graphics alone don't make a good game, they simply make it take a long time to develop and cost more.
