Friday 1st Feb - Naked Gnome Event

Made a new post cos editing the old one it didn't change the title, changed the date to start the "one additional crazy thing CUK do every month"

------

As many don't have spare char slots we're going to try something different

A naked gnome peace march to Ogrimar(or however those lovable hordes spell it)

Meet up in Menethil harbour at 9pm, get naked, travel to Ogrimar and try and communicate our peaceful plans to any horde we find

No level limits as we're all going to be naked and on a peaceful mission anyway, bring along tonks though, perhaps we can show them the message of peace via the futility of a tonk war

Ideally we'll all be gnomes, they look so cute and friendly in there undies and being small we shouldn't scare people

As usual all are welcome to come along be they in CUK or not.

Any SPS people please post this on the SPS board as well, the more naked gnomes we have the more chance we have of spreading our peaceful message

Unfortuneatly I can't make it this weekend as I have house guests which is a shame as I still have my nakidalric from the last run.

If anyone has any spare mithril or gold bars could you put some in the guild bank so I can make sure I have enough for the event :)

If more than 40 turn up we can make a channel for easier communication, or just use say as we're likely to be near each other anyway :)

If there are gonna be 40+ though there aren't going to be enough tonks to go around !

And there you'll find the Florist Gump ... run florist, run *cough* anyway, buy a bunch of flowers to hold for the peace march.

Then on the day we can make our way to ogrimar and with out naked gnome-ness AND the power of flowers show the horde or peaceful ways !

P.S I'm gonna by some extra flowers anyway just incase people forget/can't get there but I'll probably get the cheap red roses so it might be nice to see some other flowers in the line up :)

If you haven't done the Guard Parkers Lunch quest in Redridge (starts in the Inn) you can do that and keep the flowers he gets you to buy for his wife, not sure if they can be brought anywhere else?

It's a tad chilly

Thanks to Jett I have 14 tonk controllers in my bag, I've got 12 bunches of flowers and as the picture shows. I'm ready to spread the peace

That's the plan, I have 20 soulstones with me, getting more might be a problem in menthil though, well that and I don't have any more bag space when I'm naked :)

You could get a punch of white or black roses but they are expensive, 50gold for the bunch of black roses :eek:

Couple of things we'll be trying tonight

1. How many gnomes can you get in a conga line doing the /train emote
2. Will naked gnomes dancing make the horde peaceful
3. if you have a conga line with everyone following the person in front, what happens if the person in the lead follows the person at the back ...
