So, Halo single player, or, even better, co-op.

Absolutely rockin' IMO, was playing yesterday for 6 hours straight and it was the first time I'd seen it. I love the weapons, I love the fact you can smack the aliens in the face with the weapon and the co-operative mode IS the Daddy.

Anyone else like it as much as I do?

Not played it that much, but from what I've seen, it's fookin' good.

Second time you play it ain't quite so good apparently, and it's easy to 'break' the AI if you run through levels full pelt.

Oh, that's cos it's not AI, it's mostly a bunch of scripted events.

Yeah, but if you're doing that, then you're not playing the game. The things I like about it are the weapons (seriously cool), and the co-op mode. The sniper rifle is the best sniper rifle in any game ever, ever, ever. Head shots kill. The mobs spawn and some of them are seriously hard and LOTS of them. Like Doom. Its huge. The maps are varied and the graphics are stunning. In every single way, its a fantastic FPS.

Sure, it'll be out on the PC, but next year. For the most fun you can have in a game, co-op Halo is just about the best thing there is out there on any platform at the moment.

Merleh prefers Super Monkey Ball and Rogue Leader (pants) on the Gaycube of course. But then he's a ****.
