How to get in Channel

It will be in #ClanUk on irc.utgames.com

If you dont know what that means... read on

Follow these procedures to get in this channel.

1 - Select Multiplayer , find internet games

2 - Select the chat tab

3 - click on the writing next to where it says IRC server and type...
irc.utgames.com

4 - Click Connect

5 - Upon entering what looks like a chatroom... (handles on the right, text box at the bottom)... type

/join #ClanUk

6 - Say Hello to me

Games will be picked and the server name copy / pasted into the channel...

All people will be treated on having a fresh install of UT, no games with maps needing downloading / mods needing downloading will be selected...

Some games may have small files needed to play on them , these will be small ( max 200kb ) and will only take a few seconds to recieve...

Games that require a server password will not be used...

I dont play UT but i would like to hang around and abuse you all if that is ok=). I have mIRC and cant find the server irc.utgames.com

im guessing in mIRC that its server channel, if so i cant find it. Help Please! =)

I think you actually need UT to join the channel - it uses the inbuilt IRC browser.

Oh yeah, I've found my copy of UT, so should be able to make it to a game.

You can connect using mirc.

On the server status window type

/server irc.utgames.com

then when it's connected join #clanuk

Will be dead unless there's a ut night going though
