How to install Runeword Mod (single player) ??

I've just reinstalled and am mucking about in single player 1.09. Does anyone know how to install the Runeword Mod ? It says it's a text install or something.

It's a single player mod. Not intending to use it in public games.

Gott, I'm doing quite a bit of DIY on the house (and my sisters), so it's all i can do to manage reading some boards and mucking about on D2 for an hour before I nod off atm.
