Go see it if you care about the Dredd franchise in any way.

Brilliant, as i expected Dread to be, btw if you did read the comic 2000 AD have finally released their App, so you can subscribe and download :)

no not the entire catalogue lol, that would erm take forever but it does go back 6 months or so, it's nice as i was downloading them onto my ipad in pdf and opening them via ibooks, now just subscribe and insta download them into the app, much better format, which is part of news stand.

won't be long it will be on, everything im guessing, also you can go direct to 2000 ad website, download as pdf and read them, so you can still get em.

Much easier to yoink stuff on Android devices so it may not, at least until Google improve the in app purchase security (or app purchase security for that matter). I'll look into getting the app but if I did I'd want to start from ... erm ... a fair while ago when I stopped getting them

Done how Dredd always was in the comics, Dark, Bloody, and fast, Urban as always took his role and became it, gave Dredd the total Awe inspiring pressence no silly Ghayness, just did the job and moved on, SPOT ON !!! :)

Used to love 2000AD, remember it first appearing and using the freebies on the cover in the playground at primary school. Was beside myself when someone bought me a Dinky toy of the tank/car combo thingamajig Dredd used to cross cursed earth, must have been 35 years or so ago now :)

Fav was Bill Savage and Invasion! Awesome role model when you're 8 ;-)

some of the new ones are Absolom, Area 51 two i really enjoy and Zaucer of Zilk..

all in all 2000 AD still rocks, i have about 400 back copies and loads of the monthly's, think i have the whole of the nemesis,slaine and judge death series in that pile :)
