Fuck me, how good is he? I know he's in the best car but yesterdays GP was the best I've seen in ages - crashes, drama off the start - fantastic. And for him to keep his cool throughout was one of the best wins I've seen from an English driver.

I'm usually cautious when new drivers are paraded as the next big thing, I remember Jean Alesi being hyped as the hottest young driver ever to hit the circuit and after one reasonable season he ended up as an also-ran for the rest of his career, Button too had a lot of hype thrown his way and even when he was in a car that could win, didn't exactly set the series on fire. Hamilton though has got off to the best start imaginable. He's second string to the reigning world champion and he's kicking his arse frankly.
