Hi guys hope you dont mind this being posted here but I realy need your help.
It's more of an advice thing than anything else.
ok here goes.
As you know (I have formed with a close friend of mine)a guild for Dragon Empires blah blah so on and so on....
Anyway what I wanted to ask you all is this, and please tell me if you feel this is being petty or just sad
There is a Fan site called Moonshades now they were originaly a portal site for information about the game etc etc.
No harm in that in fact it was an excellent site full of top notch info.
Now not so long ago they decided to also form a clan called Shades Of The Moon no harm in that either untill they used there portal site to boost there clan.
How did they do this I hear you ask, well when they first got going it sort of figured they would get privaldges on the DE forum like mod rights and special sig names etc.
However no one else apart from stratics are allowed to have this, I have asked for our clan to have this privaldge but was turned down flat.
Nothing to do with the fact that we are new because we are not a new clan in fact for DE we were probably the 2nd or 3rd to be formed but under the name of KoJ.
Anyway my point is, is it right that a fan site now using it's privaldges to promote its clan should be allowed speacial treatment such as sigs and mod rights?
To a newcomer it looks like Shades Of The Moon or Moonshades (same thing) are endorsed by DE.
here is DE's forums tell me if im being stupid or I have a case to complain.

Vortal if you read this i sent peter all the info you stated such as clans original name size etc but was simply told that he didnt wish to do this for anymore clans.
