lads.. dunno if you can help me, ive asked around and noone has a clue of anything i can watch,... what im looking for are any films that are like the following

High Fidelity
Grosse Pointe Blank
Fight Club
L�on - The Professional
Being John Malkovich
Shawshank Redemption

anything like them, if anyone knows the type of movie im on about. i cant think of a way to describe em at this time of night. someone mentioned brotherhood of the wolf,.. but i cant seem to find it atm.. guess ill look tmrw around or something... but anyone got any ideas?

Am not a lad, but will try to answer. Shawshank Redemption is an intense film, not light viewing, certainly not uplifting, but well done. Liked it but not a feel good movie.

The others? Don't know.

Might want to just read a book?

Green mile - Excellent film - of course done by the same person who wrote Shawshank - love both of em

Id also, if youve not seen it - try sleepers. Another prisony type film but a bit more distrubing when you see what its all about

I saw a film a couple of nights ago, Death Wish 3 or something. Man, that kicked ass.

Oh yeah, Kiss of The Dragon's great. See if you can spot the "Boss 1, Fight!" "Boss 2, Fight!" moments ;)
