After the gremlins came and stole Pif's info on the new quests I have had a rummage and can only find this bit.

The keys:
This info applies to hell (Realm only???):
Hell Countess, Summoner, and Nihilatek each can drop a specific kind of key.
Collect 3 of each type and transmute them in the cube (in act 5?).
This creates one of 3 portals where you kill an uber boss. Kill an uber boss and you get a specific body part. Collect 3 different body parts and transmute them (in act 5) and go to Tristam.
Here you will find 3 UBER-UBER bosses and their endless supply of minions.
The killing of the last UBER-UBER boss drops one, and only one large charm (Hellfire Torch? that does +3 to all skills for a specific character (zon, barb, etc), +20 max to stats, +20 max to resists, a charged diablo fire blast and some other mod.
So, this means you have to get a minimum of 9 keys to spawn 3 random portals to get the 3 body parts you need to get to Tristam to get the charm. Now the bad news, Tristam is REALLY BAD!!!
