OUT of action

Ok after a nasty and sudden accident , I will be out for up to 8 weeks , while my arm reconnects to my body .

Accident involved me being cut up on my bike , and going into the back of a van (fanf was probly in it ) and the muscle holding my arm to my neck has snapped ? ;eaving my arm and shoulder .... floopy and unable to lift it

missed the mosw match , hope it was fun and both teams enjoyed it.
