I think any of the officers can invite (which still includes me).
If you post your in-game name here I will invite you.
Play anything apart from assassin if you are new - way too may assassins (like me). Healer monks are never short of invites to PUGs etc. You get to chose a primary and a secondary class, so there is quite a bit of variation. I found Monk Mesmer fun to play.
